Poem & P6 Open house

Today had a P6 Open house. Wore AYG cotsume and walked around from 12.00-1.30 :D Very nice this costume. Its blue and white. Sry ah, I never take photo of it ._." Not many people came... T^T So. Nothing much. Anyway, for my EOY Eng, I had to analyse this poem. But I find it REALLY interesting:

Shadow

The evening creeps nearer, every shadow

Elongates and looks forever colder

And forever blacker,

sliding, slithering, leaping round every

curve and corner

drowns every light

suspiciously stretching

silently strange shapes emerge

like great monsters appearing and

disappearing in a strange mist

steadily sneaking like

lizards hunting for their

prey, known as light to us.

OMG, very nice right??? I like the last part, like the shadow hunting light. It really describes the poem nicely ;) Actually, there's one more poem in my exam paper that its really interesting. Maybe, you can go google it :D Its called 'Mummy, Oh Mummy' Very cute leh this poem. Haiz. Thats all for today. Will blog next time~!

LAUNCHING YOG BOOK (SPECIAL DAY)

TODAY was AWESOME. I went for the YOG inspirational book launching. Had to skip the rest of the day even though I attended for 1 hr only. Its called "Blazing The Trail" I think. Yeah. Made friends with 2 girls from Hwa Chong JC and Yunhua Sec sch. They are pretty nice~! :) Love 'em. xD They have encountered problems therefore they were also invited.

Oh yeah. We were characters from the book and each of us have a... "poster" of ourselves I guess? There were supposed to be 5 of us but 2 cannot make it. How sad. T.T Uh. Minister of Education mentioned my name as an example for the public O__O Was shocked when I heard it. == I think my friends will make better examples rather than me.

Whatever. Its' really, really fun. Today is a memorable day~ And. Nanhua also performed the YOG Bud. Quite nice, I must admit. They made some changes to the dance... =3= Oh. The minister also signed on our posters. AWESOME isn't it? :) Definitely this day is important in my life.
